With so many options available to create a completely
tailored Big Red RV experience, as well as the different
requirements of production companies, agencies and final
clients, there is no single rate card that we can quote - every project
is different. However, there are some items which remain a constant-ish.

At 32 feet, Big Red is a fairly serious vehicle to move around, and so we always will provide a driver/technician, and usually a second crew person to help look after the equipment on board, usually in the DIT or editor role. We can also crew for a full shoot or you can use your own folks, and the same goes for post-production - our guys can baby-sit the equipment and RV or look after digitizing, while your own editor and/or DIT get on with the heavy lifting.

Big Red with one edit or DIT system, driver and DIT runs $1750 for the RV with gear and $600 for crew on a 10-hour day, with mileage at $1 a mile plus gas actually used - to upgrade the DIT to a full blown editor add $250/day, and for our RED One camera system to come on board add $750/day. Edit decks, a 2nd edit system, extra equipment and additional shoot or edit crew on board are budgeted against an agreed specification... and do build in the huge cost savings in production time, re-shoots and post fixes you can make using Big Red!
