CLAi offers three levels of video shooting - at 4k Ultra
High Definition using the RED One camera system (see
www.redfilm.us), at 1080i High Definition using the Sony
HDW-F900 camera system (see www.CLAi.tv), and at 1080p using
the Canon 5D MkII and 7D DSLR cameras - as well as several baby HD
"point of view" HDV cameras. Each has it’s advantages and disadvantages in speed, size, workflow complexity and quality.

What the Big Red RV brings to this table is simple - we can carry one or all of our camera systems, support equipment, audio equipment, lighting and gaffer gear to your location, along with a complete crew, clients, talent and post-production team in comfort and security... and then provide a base for everything from DIT and editing operations to private meetings, crew meal breaks, equipment charging and checking, and even shower and restroom facilities!

But more than that, Big Red offers a central hub for the production on location, be it on projects that we are entirely creating or those where we may only provide a DIT or a second camera... you say, "Be in Wisconsin on Monday at 11am ready to shoot" - and we will be there ready to go...
